Food Safety. Sensations Tour gives special care to the quality and safety of the food it offers. Meals preparation is under careful supervision, using quality and healthy ingredients and food safety practices. Special diets and other specific food are guaranteed if special dietary requirements are made when booking the tour.
Transportation Safety.
We offer transportation in new vehicles with professional drivers. Road emergency service is covered under the above insurance.
Flight delays or cancellations. Should your flight be cancelled or delayed, Sensations Tour will ensure that you will have the necessary transportation within Quito, meals and accommodations for 24 hours (we do not cover problems with your airline ticket).
Medical Care. Sensation Tour has access to medical services that make house-calls. This includes administering medication with the help of doctors or nurses, if necessary, as well as the care of medicines that require special handling (specified in advance). Quito has excellent medical facilities to deal with all types of medical emergencies. We recommend that you contact your airline concerning special requirements for carrying medicines in your carry on luggage.
